I’ve been studying yoga for decades now and teaching for over fifteen years, and honestly, I’m still just as curious about it as I was when I started. My work is rooted in the traditional foundations of yoga, but I also care a lot about how it actually fits into our lives today how it evolves, how it meets us where we are.
For me, yoga isn’t just about the poses. It’s about showing up for your practice consistently, asking questions, staying devoted, and being willing to look inward. My classes usually blend creative, fluid movement with philosophy, mantra, and reflection. It’s less about performing and more about actually feeling, noticing, and becoming aware.
At the end of the day, I see yoga as something you live, not just something you do. It’s a practice that should support you long-term something sustainable, intentional, and real. And even after all these years, I’m still very much a student. I’m always learning, always deepening, and always staying connected to the roots of the practice and the community around me.
